Our History
Created back in 2014, both Juan Pablo Vilchis and LEGO have had worked for some years together. They found the need for creating IT distributed teams for a couple of clients and that’s when CodeAsync comes to life.
Our main development center is located in the heart of the “Mexican Silicon Valley”, Guadalajara, where IT giants such as Oracle, Intel, HP, IBM have chosen as the location for their development centers due to the widely, readily available pool of engineering talent.
Our Focus
We specialize on Enterprise mobile, web and cloud computing with a globalized perspective. Our services include, without being limited to, expert consulting, highly available infrastructure management, and innovative software engineering. We leverage our accumulated experience resolving complex issues while identifying opportunities to enhance value.
Our Team
Our team includes three senior partners, three expert consultants and outside consultants joining our staff on a project-by-project basis. All of our consultants are fluent in English, and most have held IT leadership positions in transnational companies.
Luis Gonzalez (LEGO)
Founder and CDO at CodeAsync. He formerly led creative work at Nike. Previously a Marketing Director at Neubox and UX Director at Mediara, he’s the Creative Director at TeMedia Comunicación.
Juan Pablo Vilchis
Founder, CEO and CTO at CodeAsync focusing on creating new business opportunities and setting the path for future tech stacks adoption. He has been leading several Forbes 100 and Fortune 500 digital transformation projects for several companies (MasterCard, Caesars, Nationwide, AllState,Archer Daniels Midland, Famosa among others)
Nayeli L. Navarro
Founder and CMO at CodeAsync. She formerly perform HR and administrative work at local companies. Previously an Engineering member at FlexTronics, she’s the CEO at NaravanCare.
Luis Manuel Ramírez
Lead Mobile Developer at CodeAsync and is responsible for creating the best breadth of mobile applications. An Oracle Certified Java Professional, he’s a Senior Mobile Developer at Luxoft.
Julio Moncisbays
Lead Web Developer at CodeAsync. Previously Senior Developer at The Hackett Group, EPAM, HCL, Dell and EY. Julio’s experience as a Full stack developer is extensive.
